Fully bilingual french/english, we used to work with foreign clients
We know in particular that, in some countries, a technical inspection before purchase is required, which is not the case in France. For clients who wish, we can do this visit and make a technical report on the state of the property that you are considering to buy. If work is required, we can also estimate the cost.
Foreign clients may not be there during the work; this is why we want to bring them a real service :
- Visit the property
- Reorganization of space if needed, depending on the wishes and customer budget
- Computer graphics
- Estimate cost of work
If the project and the budget are ok for you, we are launching the next step :
- Quotes by our tradesmen
- Management and monitoring of the work site (at least 3 visits / week but mostly, these are daily visits).
- Help for the choices (sanitary, flooring, wall coverings, kitchen, ... either on site if possible, or remotely if it is not possible).
- Regular reports by mail with photos and by Skype
- Support for acceptance at the end of the work.
We ensure that all the Tradesmen who work at home are insured (decennial insurance) and that they respect the regulations concerning their employees (mandatory reporting) to discharge any responsibility. We are covered by a ten-year insurance.
We have at heart to protect the interests of our foreign customers. Our fees are the same as for the French customers, and we refuse that our tradesmen unduly increase their rates. With us you are assured that the work is well done, and the prices are market prices.
